How soon will I receive my order?
Orders are processed in order of arrival and are sent within 2 to 5 days.
Count 2/3 days of delivery for Ireland, 7 to 10 days for Europe, 10 to 15 days for the United-States. You can choose the option 'tracking number' at checkout, that allows you to follow the shipment!
My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Sometimes orders can encounter some hazards, related to delivery companies. If you do not receive your order after the following 20 days, please contact me at hello@explorewithmarion.com.
If the address indicated when ordering is incorrect, a second shipment will be made at your expense.
Returns
If your item is damaged, please let me know within 7 days of receipt via email hello@explorewithmarion.com. If you want to return your item, I will be happy to refund or replace the item for you as long as the goods are in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition with your receipt as proof of purchase.
